•Yellowtail Stay is located just south of  The Royal National Park, opposite Bald Hill Lookout (hang gliding), 5 minutes from Stanwell Park Beach and a short walk to the start/finish of  The Coast Track.

•On the NSW coast, we are 60 mins south of Sydney CBD and 40 mins north of  Wollongong.

•The Tops Centre and wedding venues are a short drive as are breakfast / lunch / coffee cafes & restaurants such as The Scarborough Hotel.

 

•Attached to our residence are two studio apartments and one motel style room.

•The 3 rooms have separate private entrances and bathroom facilities.

 

•It is a spectacular location and a beautiful setting.

Three Rooms Available:

Two studio apartments  and one motel style room. They are attached to our residence but are separate spaces. The studio apartments are under the main house.

Privacy:

All rooms have their own bathroom and private entrances separate to the main house so they can be easily entered and exited at will. Key safes add to their independence. We have no neighbours and are surrounded by bush.

What is supplied?

TV and player,  A/C , free WiFi, crockery and cutlery, a microwave, toaster, fridge, tea and coffee facilities. BBQ facilities, our one acre backyard and a laundry are available. Towels and linen are supplied.

Location;

1.8km from Otford Railway Station and a 5 minutes drive to Helensburgh shops, Stanwell Park Beach, coffee shops and Stanwell Tops. The road to the beach and wedding venues are not suitable for walking so Yellowtail Stay is a little isolated without a car.  There is a small takeaway cafe nearby.

Cost?

Prices vary according to the room,  time of the week and the season, ranging from the $75 to $140 per night.

Breakfast Not:

We do not supply breakfast but each room has facilities to prepare your own.

 

Our Three Available Areas

 

.The Top Room .  .The Red      Room  .The Courtyard Room

 

The Top Room is a motel style room with a double bed, and bathroom with basic food preparation facilities; microwave, crockery and cutlery, tea and coffee facilities, toaster and bar fridge.

This is our smallest but most accessible room, located at the front of the residence and closest to the road.

It is attached to the residential house but has a separate entrance and has a parking space next the room.

There is access to a BBQ, picnic table and our tree filled rolling backyard and pond.

The Top Room accommodates 2 people.

The Red Room

The Red Room is downstairs and is our favourite room.

 A studio apartment, it has a private entrance, bathroom and a  lovely outlook.

It is a medium sized room, which includes a queen size bed and kitchenette.

The kitchenette has small fridge, sink, microwave, induction cooktop, toaster, crockery, cutlery and basic cooking equipment. There is a separate contemporary bathroom and  2 comfortable lounge chairs.

The room features beautiful views of our tree covered bush backyard and pond with BBQ facilities and picnic table just outside the door.

 

 

 

The Courtyard Room

The Courtyard Room is a studio apartment and our biggest room.

This studio apartment is a large bedroom/lounge room with a separate kitchenette and separate contemporary bathroom.  It features a queen sized bed, 'click clack' sofa bed and could accommodate up to 2 couples or a young family.

The apartment has comfortable lounge chairs  and a small dinning area. The separate kitchenette has a small fridge, sink, microwave, induction cooktop, toaster, crockery, cutlery and basic cooking equipment. More than enough facilities to self cater.

Outside the room is a shaded courtyard with seating.
